Five points from Ayurveda to increase sexual fitness and regain stamina

1 Don't indulge in sexual activities on regular basis:-According to ancient seers of Ayurveda regular sexual activity can impair your immune system .. decrease your libido ,decrease your memory.. So don't indulge more than twice a week in sexual activity.

2 Eat medicines that keep you young and fit:-According to Ayurveda a man should eat at least for one month a sex enhancing medicine known as  aphrodisiac.. with advice of a good Ayurveda physician.

3 keep yourself clean :Ayurveda gives cleanliness utmost importance. Accordingly the couples after copulation should have a bath and man should regain his lost energy by drinking hot cow milk.
4 Avoid masturbation: not much has been said on this topic ,but in some scriptures it is written that any form of indulgence in Unnatural sex must be avoided.
5 Will power: The best ingredient for increasing sexual health is man s own will power.Man should go to woman with a strong will to do sex(without harming her) .It will definitely enhance his pleasure and stamina.
